1. Who we are

CarBible.app is run by Transmission RWA Ltd (“we”, “us”), The Old Mistal, Outlane, Huddersfield HD3 3FQ. You can contact us at info@transmissionrwa.com. By buying or using a report you agree to these terms.

2. What a report is

A report brings together public and licensed data about a vehicle — DVLA vehicle details, the DVSA MOT history, vehicle specification and valuation data, and (for Premium) a stolen, outstanding finance and write-off check — with our own research on the known faults, running costs and maintenance of that model and engine.

Cost projections, repair prices, valuations and flip margins are estimates, worked out from typical figures for that model. They are not a quote, and real prices vary by car, garage and region. A report is not a mechanical inspection and doesn't tell you the condition of a particular car. Always inspect the car, check its service history and, where it matters, get it looked at by a qualified mechanic before you buy.

We take care that the data we show is accurate, but much of it comes from third parties and we can't guarantee it is complete or error-free. A clear stolen or finance check reflects the records held by our data provider at the time of the check.

We don't cover cars under 4 years old.

3. Prices and payment

• Standard: £10 — one full vehicle report
• Premium: £15 — full report plus stolen & finance check
• Premium 3-pack: £30 — 3 premium reports for the price of 2 — use the other 2 any time

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You need an account to buy a report, so we can keep it available to you.

4. Access to your report

A report stays available in My reports for 30 days from purchase. Its vehicle data is taken when you first open it and stays the same for that period. Spare credits from a multi-report pack can be used on any car.

Reports are for your own use when buying, selling or owning a vehicle. Please don't resell, republish or copy them in bulk, or use automated tools to pull data from the site.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A report is digital content supplied straight away. When you pay, you ask us to supply it immediately and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been supplied.

We check the registration before taking payment and won't charge you for a car we can't find. If a report you paid for doesn't work as described — for example it won't load, or it's for the wrong vehicle — contact us at info@transmissionrwa.comand we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Because reports are estimates and guidance only, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on one, such as the price you pay for a car or repairs it later needs. Otherwise our total liability to you for a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site or break these terms.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy a report applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
